About Us
Future Leaders Movement is a nonprofit organization addressing a critical issue in today's business world: the significant lack of diversity in leadership positions. We are the catalysts of change, the believers in potential, the champions of diversity. Born from a vision of equitable leadership, we stand for those whose talents have been overlooked.
What We Do
Our organization provides comprehensive support to cultivate a new generation of leaders who will drive systemic change across industries. We focus on empowering high-potential individuals from communities that have often faced barriers to leadership and access to opportunities, including Black, Indigenous, Latine, Asian, and other groups that have been historically underrepresented in leadership roles. Each year, we offer a select number of grants to help participants access our transformative program.​​
The grant provides 3-6 months of:

At Future Leaders Movement, we envision a world where leadership reflects the rich diversity of our society. Our mission is to create a more equitable and inclusive professional landscape by empowering emerging leaders from communities that have faced systemic barriers to top-tier positions. We cultivate mentorship for underrepresented groups to ensure they have the tools they need to succeed.
