  • Application Guidelines

    • All applications must be completed and submitted through the official application form.

    • Each applicant must provide truthful and accurate information. Incomplete or misleading submissions may result in disqualification.

  • Data Collection and Privacy

    • Data Usage: Your personal information will be collected and securely stored solely for evaluating your application and administering the grant program.

    • Compliance: We adhere to applicable U.S. privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

    • Third-Party Sharing: Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

  • Participation and Accountability

    • Attendance: Grant recipients are required to attend all scheduled mentorship or coaching sessions on time. Any two (2) unexcused absences—i.e., missing a session without notifying the mentor/coach in advance—may lead to repayment of the value of the grant used to date and/or disqualification from the program.

    • Punctuality: Arriving late to sessions on a repeated basis (e.g., more than 10 minutes late multiple times) may also indicate a lack of commitment and result in disqualification.

    • Engagement: Inadequate participation or showing other signs of disinterest—such as failing to complete agreed-upon tasks or ignoring communication from mentors/coaches—may also lead to disqualification at the discretion of The Future Leaders Movement.

    • Contract Requirement: All selected participants must sign a contract agreeing to these terms and conditions before receiving their grant award.
