The Professional Development Grant is open to U.S. residents only.

Applicants must meet the specific criteria outlined in the application process, including being employed or actively seeking professional development opportunities.

Application Guidelines

All applications must be completed and submitted through the official application form.

Each applicant must provide truthful and accurate information. Incomplete or misleading submissions may result in disqualification.

Data Collection and Privacy

Data Usage: Your personal information will be collected and securely stored solely for evaluating your application and administering the grant program.

Compliance: We adhere to applicable U.S. privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Third-Party Sharing: Your data will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

Use of Grant Funds

Recipients of the grant must use the funds exclusively for professional development purposes as outlined in their application.

The program may request proof of how the funds were utilized.

Accuracy and Truthfulness

By applying, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.

False or misleading information may result in disqualification or the forfeiture of any awarded benefits.

Program Limitations

The Professional Development Grant is subject to funding availability.

The Future Leaders Movement reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice.

Participation and Accountability
-
Attendance: Grant recipients are required to attend all scheduled mentorship or coaching sessions on time. Any two (2) unexcused absences—i.e., missing a session without notifying the mentor/coach in advance—may lead to repayment of the value of the grant used to date and/or disqualification from the program.

Punctuality: Arriving late to sessions on a repeated basis (e.g., more than 10 minutes late multiple times) may also indicate a lack of commitment and result in disqualification.

Engagement: Inadequate participation or showing other signs of disinterest—such as failing to complete agreed-upon tasks or ignoring communication from mentors/coaches—may also lead to disqualification at the discretion of The Future Leaders Movement.

Contract Requirement: All selected participants must sign a contract agreeing to these terms and conditions before receiving their grant award.
