Two Ways In

We offer coaching access in two ways:

Individual Applications — Individuals can apply directly for pro bono or discounted coaching, based on available funding.
Company & Nonprofit Sponsorship — Organizations can sponsor coaching stipends for their employees or members, extending access to more people at once. (See For Companies & Nonprofits)

Note: if your employer or a nonprofit you're part of already partners with us, ask them about their sponsored stipend, since that may get you access faster or at a further discount.

You'll be paired with a seasoned coach carefully matched to your goals, career stage, and lived experience. Your coach becomes a trusted thought partner, offering clarity, strategy, and honest guidance every step of the way.

Job Search & Launch Support

From resume and LinkedIn refinement to interview prep and decision-making tools, we help you tell your story, stand out in a crowded market, and land what's next.

Group Coaching

Alongside 1:1 support, we offer group coaching for participants who benefit from shared learning and peer accountability, often at a lower cost of access.

Career Direction & Growth Planning

Your coach helps you map your next move, whatever that looks like: a pivot, a step into leadership, or simply a clearer path forward.

Who Is Eligible to Apply

Open to individuals from all backgrounds who meet the following criteria:

Identify as someone who has faced systemic barriers to opportunity. Examples include (but are not limited to) women, people of color, LGBTQIA+ individuals, first-generation professionals, people with disabilities, or others who face systemic barriers.
Are 18 years or older and proficient in English
Demonstrate a clear commitment to personal and professional growth
Reside in the United States

FAQ

What is coaching access?: It's access to pro bono (fully free) or discounted 1:1 or group coaching and mentorship, aimed at supporting traditionally overlooked individuals in developing leadership skills. We match you with a coach based on your goals and background.
What happens after my coaching engagement ends?: You'll have the option to continue working with your coach at a discounted rate. There's no obligation to continue. If you choose not to, we're happy to refer you to other low-cost resources, or you're welcome to reapply for future coaching opportunities.
How flexible is coaching access?: Very flexible. Coaching is self-paced and scheduled around your existing commitments. It's not full-time.
What happens if I'm not selected for pro bono coaching?: You may still be eligible for discounted coaching through our Partial-Funding track.
Is my application information confidential?: Yes. All submitted information is kept private and only reviewed by our selection committee.
Can my employer sponsor my coaching?: Yes. If your company or a nonprofit you belong to partners with us, they can sponsor a stipend that covers or discounts your coaching. Learn more about company partnerships.
