Eligibility
- Coaching access is open to U.S. residents, whether applying individually or through a company or nonprofit partner's sponsored stipend.
- Applicants must be either currently employed or actively pursuing professional growth, as defined in the application form.
Application Guidelines
- All individual applications must be submitted through the official form.
- Company and nonprofit partnerships are established through a separate partnership agreement.
- Information provided must be accurate and complete. Misleading or incomplete submissions may result in disqualification.
Data Collection & Privacy
- Use of Data: Personal information is collected solely for the purpose of evaluating applications and administering coaching access.
- Privacy Compliance: We follow all applicable U.S. privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
- Third-Party Sharing: We do not share applicant data with third parties without explicit consent, unless required by law.
Use of Coaching Access
- Recipients must use coaching resources solely for professional development as outlined in their application or sponsoring organization's agreement.
- Proof of participation or use may be requested to ensure alignment and impact.
Accuracy & Accountability
- By submitting an application, you certify that all information is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
- Providing false or misleading information may result in disqualification or forfeiture of benefits.
Access Limitations
- Coaching access is subject to available funding and coach capacity.
- Future Leaders Movement reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue any part of coaching access at any time without prior notice.
Participation Requirements
- Attendance: Participants are expected to attend all scheduled coaching sessions. Two (2) unexcused absences may result in removal from coaching access. Future Leaders Movement may also charge up to $300 per missed session to recover the cost of coaching time reserved on your behalf.
- Punctuality: Repeated lateness (for example, arriving more than 10 minutes late multiple times) may indicate lack of engagement and may result in disqualification.
- Engagement: Failure to respond to communication, complete agreed-upon tasks, or demonstrate active participation may lead to removal at the discretion of Future Leaders Movement.
- Agreement: All selected participants must sign a participation agreement confirming these terms before beginning coaching.
