Future Leaders Movement began with a bold offer: a fully funded, 3 to 6 month professional development grant pairing participants with a hand-selected coach for the length of the program, at no cost.
Through that program, we delivered over 200 hours of coaching through renowned coaches, working with individuals moving into leadership roles, changing industries, and building the confidence to advocate for themselves in rooms they'd historically been left out of.
"We are working toward a future where children from all backgrounds see themselves represented in roles that shape our world, with relatable role models that inspire them to believe that their voices matter and dreams are within reach."
— Kayla Vatalaro, Founder
"Two years ago, I never thought I'd work outside of retail, let alone in tech. I was introduced to a coach who gave me the support and guidance to break into the tech industry. It's transformed my life and financial future."
— Natalia H.
"The coaching I received through the Future Leaders grant was more than just professional development. It was a support system like I've never had before."
— Yash A.
The original grant model helped a meaningful number of people deeply, but it was limited by how many fully funded grants we could give in a year. As demand grew, we asked how we could reach more people without losing the quality of coaching that made the program work in the first place.
The answer was to build coaching access that doesn't depend on a fixed grant cycle: pro bono and discounted coaching available on a rolling basis, plus company and nonprofit partnerships that let organizations sponsor coaching for their own people at scale.
